Welcome to Fully Booked VA (‘Product’).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Product provided by Fully Booked VA, a registered company in British Columbia, Canada.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your purchase and use of Products and Services mean you have read and understood the terms of this agreement. If you disagree, please refrain from using our products and services.
1. PURCHASE
To purchase our products or, the user may need to provide certain information, such as billing information, name, and email. We will never ask you for information that we don’t require for completing a transaction.
2. PAYMENTS
Payment details will be required at the point of purchase. Payment should be made fully and upfront, excluding when an installment payment plan is selected.
By choosing an installment payment plan, you are entering into a contractual obligation to pay Fully Booked VA in full for the agreed upon amount, and for the duration of payments within your plan.
If your payment fails for an installment payment, we will retry your payment three times. If the payment fails the third time, your access to the course materials and community will be suspended until payment is complete.
Subscription services are billed on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis and are due upon the initial purchase date, each month following purchase completion. Cancellations for subscription services can be made at any time, and will be applied on the last day of the current cycle. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the end of the current cycle, and can be requested by emailing contact@fullybookedva.com.
We reserve the right to pursue legal recourse for the recovery of amounts owing.
3. REFUNDS
Due to the intellectual property available immediately within our digital products, it is not possible for us to provide refunds once the course material has been viewed and the certification has been achieved.
However, we are here to help ensure your success and offer a private one-on-one coaching session if you complete the following within 3 months of enrollment:
- Successfully complete our cornerstone course, VA Foundations, and receive your Fully Booked VA Certification
- Send a minimum of 100 client pitches (including follow-ups) and submit a completed Pitch Tracker (an editable tracking spreadsheet found within VA Foundations and included in your membership)
- Attend Group Coaching for at least five sessions
We’ll ask you to provide evidence that you’ve done all these things before you request your private coaching session. Following 3 months of enrollment, we cannot offer this additional support.
4. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
The content, including the written material, video content, and any other form of media, is copyrighted under law and belongs solely to Fully Booked VA, unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly illegal.
5. COACHING
Private coaching sessions must be booked in advance. It’s your responsibility to attend the sessions on time when a session is set. If you have failed to attend without a prior notification at least 24 hours in advance, you won’t be eligible for a refund or reschedule for that particular session.
6. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we give our best efforts to ensure quality and accuracy in the course materials and coaching program, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the usage of these.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation are governed by and construed under the law of British Columbia, Canada.
By using or purchasing our Products, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time, so please check back regularly. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
