We Can Work Program

'We Can Work' Program

Empowering men and women with a clear, safe, and supportive path to working independently as freelancers and Virtual Assistants

Work isn't always easy for everyone.

For any number of reasons, life circumstances and needs can make it difficult – and sometimes impossible – to procure or maintain employment in “traditional” settings.

Whether entering the workplace for the first time or re-entering it following difficult life events, when the need and drive to work aren’t in alignment with the demands of the traditional workplace it can be incredibly discouraging and defeating.

There is another way to work, though – one that offers income and a means to work in a way that supports one’s needs, including things like:

  • Physical challenges
  • Chronic illness
  • Recovery from traumatic events
  • The time and energy demands of caregiving

Here at Fully Booked VA, we hold to the belief that we were designed to thrive in agency and autonomy and that everyone has an innate right to access those through the ability to work and support themselves.

As an all-women-owned and operated business standing firm in this conviction, and through our work with over 11,000 freelancers since 2014…

We’re honored to present our specialized program:

Using their existing skills, we teach, coach, and support men and women in providing services remotely to small businesses as freelancers and Virtual Assistants.

The We Can Work program partners with nonprofit organizations to assist those desiring to work in quickly transitioning to working in a meaningful way and earning income that can support them, regardless of their constraints.

For our partners, participation in the We Can Work program includes:

  • Lifetime access to learning materials, including a foundational course and six skill-specific courses designed to teach the essential basics of service-based business ownership and in-demand skill sets in the online space
  • An incredible, high-touch community of peers that provides focused support, resources, referrals and experiences that many describe as “feeling like family”
  • Personal contact coaches for participants, who will track their progress and provide personalized support through their journey and interface with your representatives to report on progress and resolve any challenges that your members might be facing
  • Weekly group coaching sessions with our coaches and other professionals
  • Monthly live skills trainings and Q&A sessions
  • Our proprietary certification upon completion of our foundational course
  • Resources for establishing working relationships, such as client leads and access to our partner agencies
  • Personalized work scheduling to help participants find a way to work that works for them with their unique desires and needs

In our experience, working virtually and leveraging existing skills serves a much greater purpose than just creating income and having time freedom.

It also facilitates important benefits such as:

  • A sense of competency and confidence – particularly amidst challenges that may feel overwhelming or difficult to control
  • The ability to support one’s family, independently and without the constraints of traditional employment
  • Providing a feasible and realistic means to work while managing existing health or environmental conditions
  • Offering an avenue for professional development despite social and economic constraints

And, of course, the profound impact on one’s social and emotional well-being.

The autonomy and empowerment of being able to create income and support one’s life – regardless of its circumstances – is by far one of the most important and valuable benefits of working independently, completely on one’s own terms, and 100% by design.

The We Can Work program also:

  • Enables participants to start earning income within 12 weeks if they leverage the resources, coaching, and support available to them
  • Is structured to ensure that participants can make clear, tangible steps toward their own progress quickly and learn to celebrate their incremental successes

Through our core values of coaching, connection, and support

We’re extending a pathway to healing, growth, and independence.

We offer a significantly discounted membership of 50% off of our “public” rate for this program to nonprofit organizations, plus additional personalized support for We Can Work program participants.
