Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement: These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to each client (“Client” or “you” or “your”) who registers for a coaching session (“Services”) offered by Stephanie Hayes or Fully Booked VA (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By registering, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, then you should not register for the coaching session.

2. Coaching: The nature of the coaching session will depend on the goals and needs of the client. We will use our best efforts to help the client achieve their stated goals, but we cannot guarantee success. The sessions are not a substitute for professional advice from a healthcare professional, accountant, lawyer, or other professional services provider and should not be relied upon for making decisions.

3. Confidentiality: We will keep all information given to us by the client confidential and will not share it with anyone else without the client’s permission unless required by law.

4. Payment: All fees for the coaching sessions must be paid in advance. The client is responsible for ensuring timely payment to ensure smooth delivery of the service. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to stop the Services. No refund will be issued for services after the commencement of the coaching session.

5. Cancellation: Any cancellation by the client must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. If we have to cancel a session, we will do our best to reschedule at a convenient time. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property: Any materials provided during the sessions such as handouts, exercises, or articles remain our property and may not be used for any other purpose without our permission.

7. Disclaimer: We will provide the sessions as per professional standards, but the client is solely responsible for actions taken or not taken as a result of the sessions. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our service.

By agreeing to these terms, you understand and accept the rules and regulations in these terms and conditions. You agree that any breach of these Terms might result in immediate termination of Services without any refund.
